Heritage Kennels has been family owned and
operated for 4 generation. Barbra Wood, the current owner and
operator, started in the family business back in 1936. Assisted
today by her children and grandchildren Barbra maintains the
traditional standards of breading lost in today market.
Heritage Kennels German Shepherds and Newfoundland dogs are some of the largest in
world. AKC registered, we have maintained the old bloodline of the
larger dog through the years. Our dogs are bred for sound minds and
temperaments. Every dog is raised with our family making them Gentle
Giants.
Due to our strict breading practices our dogs
do not have the health issues see in many of today’s dogs. This high
standard breading allows us to offer a 5 year warranty on all dogs –
a guarantee unmatched in the industry.
